On the
Foyer Development in Kirkcaldy, the main contractor, called for a cantilever scaffold 16 metres from the ground built from
the top floor the entire length of the 48 metre building. A further complication was that the client required roof edge approximately
4 metres above the cantilever. IAS successfully met the demands of both the main contractor and the structural engineer providing
an economic and safe design on time, on budget and the highest standards.
